Done with the monthly visits...

Now we're on to our 2 week appointments! We had our doctor's appointment on Tuesday. I put on 4 pounds in the last month, so I'm up to 21 pounds gained for the pregnancy so far. My stomach measures 26cm and I was 25 weeks at the time of the appointment, so I was right on track. We heard Ella's heartbeat again and it was just as cool as the first time we heard it! :) She kicks a lot now, but I haven't had any issues sleeping at night. My current side effects are swollen hands and feet (definitely not a good feeling). Other than that, not too much. Just trying to stay cool. I will post a new picture of myself after I get Mike to take one! :)

Baby Kicking!

Well, as I mentioned before, I felt the baby first kick on May 7 while I was at a Mets/Phillies game in NYC...She just recently starting becoming active throughout the day and I must say has some pretty good punches/kicks! So the other night (Monday night - June 1 @ 9:30pm) I was laying in bed reading and she was going crazy, so I called Mike upstairs so he could feel her for his first time! He probably waited about a minute and she kicked for him! His description of the feeling was it seemed like firecrackers going off in my belly! :) Then after he walked away she kicked so hard the book I had resting on my stomach lifted up! Haha.

That's all for now...Only 4 more months to go!!!!
